U Matter Foundation
At Let’s Talk Finances with Tarie, we believe that every person matters and so does their financial
future. That’s why we created the U Matter Foundation, a charitable arm dedicated to empowering
marginalized communities through financial literacy, education, and economic upliftment.
Our Mission
Founded with passion and purpose, the U Matter Foundation works hand in hand with Mittah Kokong to bring financial literacy awareness to schools, and collaborates with grassroots organizations like:
- Phola NPO – Trauma informed care and healing through financial empowerment
- Hope, Faith, Grace NPO – Supporting youth with tools for economic independence.
- Local Churches – Hosting financial literacy workshops and empowerment sessions for congregations and youth ministries.
We focus on underserved communities, where access to financial education is limited but the hunger for change is strong. Through workshops, school visits, and community events, we help individuals and families build better relationships with money one conversation at a time.
